SWISS VEGETABLE MELODY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 sm. jar pimento
1 can Durkee French fried onions

Combine vegetables, soup, half of Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and half can of onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and fried onions. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes. This recipe can be microwaved. Prepare as above. Cook, covered, on high for 8 minutes. Turn half way and top with extra cheese and onions. Cook, uncovered, for 1 more minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
