SWISS MELODY 
1 bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
1/3 c. (1 pt.) sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and fried onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes longer.
