GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST ON
SOURDOUGH
 
4 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
12 basil leaves
8 slices sourdough bread
8 lettuce leaves
2 sm. red peppers, cut in rings
4 tsp. chili sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray grill or broiling pan with non-stick cooking spray. Grill or broil chicken 5 inches from heat 8 minutes, turning over halfway. Thinly slice basil. Top 4 slices of bread with all the ingredients. Top with bread. Makes 4 servings.
