1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. salt Mix together. 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter Beat and then add 2 eggs and beat. 1 c. All Bran or Bran Buds 4 c. chopped apples Stir in apples, cereal and flour mixture. Spread in greased 9 x 9 or 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. | |

I've made this recipe many times now. My husband is ambivalent about baked goods but he loves these for breakfast. A big hit! The first time I was skeptical about 4 cups of apples - more apples than batter - but they are so moist. It's a great recipe!
