1 stick butter
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
2 3/4 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. (12") flower pot
Gummy worms
Flowers (silk)

Cream butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix pudding and milk together and blend in cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Line flower pot with foil, layer crushed oreos, pudding, Oreos, etc. ending with oreos. Chill. Stick gummy worms and flowers in before serving.
