PRUNE SPICE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. vegetable oil
3 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. prunes, pureed (or use 2 Juniors jars of prunes)
1 c. chopped walnuts

Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan. Mix above in order given. Bake 325 degrees 60-70 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Take out of pan. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
