CHEESE SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in pan over medium heat, blend in flour and mustard, slowly stir in milk, and cook, stirring until thickened. Mix in 3 cups grated cheese and all remaining ingredients.

This sauce is excellent for macaroni casserole. Also diced sweet green peppers added to the casserole is very good.
