1 lb. Domino confectioners' 10x sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Combine all ingredients except nuts in top of double boiler. Place over simmering water and stir until smooth. Add nuts and mix. Spread candy quickly in buttered 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Cool. Cut in squares. Yield: 2 dozen pieces.
