FESTIVE JELLO SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. sour cream
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
1 pt. orange sherbet

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 6 individual 1 cup molds or into a 6 cup mold. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Remove from mold on serving plate.

VARIATION: Substitute strawberry Jello for orange and 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple for the oranges.
