COWBOY CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour

1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. water
2 sticks butter

Bring last 3 items to a boil. Pour mixture over flour and sugar. Add 2 eggs, unbeaten, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well with electric beaters until smooth.

Grease and flour jelly roll pan (11 x 17 x 3/4 inch). Pour cake mixture in pan and bake at 350 degrees for exactly 20 minutes (no longer) at 350 degrees. Immediately after putting pan in oven, make frosting as you spread it on cake immediately after cake is removed from oven, spreading quickly with a knife.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 stick butter
6 tbsp milk

Bring to boil; take from fire. Put 1 package powdered sugar in medium size bowl. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla; add Hershey mixture and beat with electric beaters until smooth. Pour and spread frosting over hot cake. Allow to cool. Cut into squares.
