SURPRISE LEMON CAKE 
4 eggs
1 box lemon cake mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 box confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. lime juice

Beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed 5 minutes. Pour into well-greased angel food cake pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan immediately and spoon glaze over top and sides while cake is hot. (I also poke holes in cake with fork before glazing.)

GLAZE: Mix together confectioners sugar, lemon juice and lime juice.
