SUPER SALMON ROLL 
1 lb. salmon, drained, save juice
1/2 c. celery, cut up
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. green onion tops
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped olives
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk

Combine Bisquick and milk, roll out to 9 x 12 shape. Mix first 7 ingredients and spread on biscuit dough. Roll up and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden. You may brush with egg before placing in oven.
