SALMON ROLLS | |
1 can pink salmon 1/2 c. diced celery 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 1/2 c. prepared biscuit mix and milk Drain and flake the salmon, removing skin and bones. Add celery, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix all together. Prepare biscuit mix and milk. Roll dough out thin (3/4 inch); spread with salmon mixture. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut off 1 inch slices, place on greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes in hot oven (400 degrees). Serves 5. To serve with a flourish, top with steaming hot sauce of canned mushroom soup thinned with milk. |
