CHOCOLATE SILK PIE 
1 stick butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar, melt chocolate one hot water and add to butter, then vanilla. Place mixture in mixer, add 1 egg. Beat for 5 minutes, add other egg. Beat 5 minutes. Pour into 2 cooked pie shells, top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
