STRAWBERRY CREAM SQUARES 
Dissolve two (3 ounce) packages strawberry flavored gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Add 2 (10 ounce) packages of frozen strawberries; stir occasionally until thawed. Add one large can crushed pineapple (drained) and 2 large ripe bananas finely diced. Pour half of mixture into a 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Chill firmly. Spread evenly with one cup dairy sour cream. Pour remaining gelatin atop and chill until firm. Cut into 9 squares.

Optional: Top with sour cream.
