STRAWBERRY FROZEN SQUARES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Stir together first 4 ingredients. Spread evenly in 13 x 9 inch pan; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until very crumbly. Sprinkle 2/3 of the crumbs in same 13 x 9 inch pan. Press on bottom to form a crust.

FILLING:

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and juice in large bowl. Beat at high speed (about 10 minutes) until stiff. Fold in cream. Spoon over crumb crust. Top with remaining 1/3 crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut in squares and serve with additional strawberries (delicious without). Keep frozen.
