FRUIT PUDDING SALAD 
1 can chunk pineapple
1 can mandarin oranges
2 bananas, sliced
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 c. juice from fruit

Whisk together the juice and vanilla pudding. Microwave on High for 4 minutes or until thick. Stir and add fruit except bananas. Refrigerate. Add bananas before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
