FROZEN LEMON SQUARES 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
Few drops yellow food coloring
Cool Whip

Combine butter, crumbs and sugar. Press into 9"x9" pan. Beat egg yolks, stir in milk, lemon juice and food coloring. Pour over crust. Spread Cool Whip on top. Freeze.
