CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 c. Jiffy mix
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan or muffin pan. Blend baking mix and milk. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix and knead about 20 times. Pat or roll 1/4 inch thick. Spread with soft butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Roll as for jelly roll. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Place in pan. Bake 15 minutes. While warm dip rolls in syrup and roll in chopped pecans. Bake 5 minutes until warm.
