24 HOUR FRUIT SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. pineapple syrup
1 tsp. butter
Dash of salt

Cook in double boiler until thick. Let cool.

1 c. heavy cream (whipped)
2 c. pineapple chunks
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 c. seedless grapes (in season)
75 sm. marshmallows

Chill 24 hours. Decorate top.
