CREAMY PARMESAN DRESSING 
3 lg. eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
1 c. soy oil or vegetable oil

In blender, blend eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and cheese for 15-20 seconds, or until mixture is smooth. Add oil in a stream, a little at a time, until it is incorporated well and dressing is smooth and pale.
