CRANBERRY-ORANGE PORK ROAST 
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/3 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
4 lb. pork roast or less
1 tbsp. Bisto Gravy Mix
1/3 c. water

Cook to thicken first 4 ingredients. Spread over pork roast. Bake about 2 hours until pork is done, basting frequently. Take pork off rack and add the gravy. Mix with water to the pan drippings.
