RICE WHIP 
1/2 c. rice
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. Knox gelatin
3/4 c. sugar
1 pinch salt
1 can pineapple
1/2 pt. whipped cream
Strawberries

Cook rice in water and drain. To rice add 2 cups milk, 1 tablespoon Knox gelatin, 3/4 cup sugar and pinch of salt. Cook in double boiler for 10 minutes. Let cool and set. Before serving, add 1 can of drained pineapple. Fold in 1/2 pint whipped cream. Top with strawberries!
