NO-BAKE KEY LIME PIE 
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tub Cool Whip
1 prepared graham cracker crust
3 key limes or regular limes

Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Zest 2 of the limes/scrape the green of the lime with zester. Juice all 3 of the limes. Mix with mixer sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, juice from limes, and 1/2 of the shaved zest of the lime. Then when at a smooth consistency fold in the 1/2 tub of Cool Whip. Place in graham cracker crust. Sprinkle rest of shaved lime zest on top and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
