SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
3 lb. spare ribs
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 can pineapple chunks & syrup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 c. chopped peppers
1 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Put spare ribs in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and add to spare ribs and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
