CORN FRITTERS 
1 c. frozen corn
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. paprika

Sift the flour, salt and paprika into the beaten egg. Add milk and butter and beat until smooth. Mix in the corn. Drop spoonfuls into deep fat (375 degrees). Fry for about 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
