POTLUCK POTATOES 
2 1/2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mozzarella; optional

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees or in crock pot on low for 2 hours and higher as you near serving time.
