POTLUCK POTATO SALAD 
1/4 c. clear French salad dressing
4 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Pour French dressing over warm potatoes, chill 2 hours. Add celery, onion, eggs and salt. Add mayonnaise and mix carefully. Add 1 teaspoon celery seed. Chill 4 hours. Makes 8 servings.
