POTLUCK POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, partially thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated (save a little for top)

Mix all ingredients. Put in a buttered 9x13 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
