TOMATO JAM 
4 1/2 lbs. peeled tomatoes
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. broken cinnamon stick
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves

Scald tomatoes to peel easily. Quarter the tomatoes and place in saucepan. Add sugar, vinegar and spices. Cook slowly until thickened. Put in jars.
