TUNA BURGERS 
1 can water-packed tuna, drained
2 tbsp. pickle relish
2 tbsp. minced onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. Miracle Whip (or 2 tbsp. yogurt and 2 tbsp. Miracle Whip)
Salt and pepper

Mix together, spread on buns. Top with 1 slice lo-fat cheese. Microwave 1 minute each.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
