TUNA BURGERS 
3 slices bread, crust removed
1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. pickle relish
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
6 hamburger buns
6 slices tomato

Tear bread into small pieces. Pour milk over bread in mixing bowl. Add catsup, mustard and relish. Stir with fork until smooth. Stir in tuna.

Toast cut sides of buns, set top halves aside. Spoon tuna mix on bottom half carefully spreading to edge. Broil about 6 inches from heat, 5-6 minutes, or until lightly browned. Place tomato slice on each. Cover with top of bun.
