LIME SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Cool until syrupy. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into round cake pan lined with wax paper. Chill until firm. Turn out on wax paper and frost.

FROSTING:

Blend and beat until smooth 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
