MEXICAN FUDGE 
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. green taco sauce
3 eggs

Mix cheeses together in medium bowl. In a small bowl mix eggs and taco sauce until thoroughly blended. In 8 or 9-inch pan, place 1/2 of cheese mixture. Pour taco sauce mixture over cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

To serve, cut into squares. Serve warm. Great with tortilla chips.
