SMALL NUT ROLLS 
1 lb. melted butter
1 can milk, warm
6 eggs
1 cake yeast or 2 sm. pkgs. dry
1 tsp. salt
8 c. flour

NUT MIXTURE:

1 lb. ground walnuts
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. warm milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 eggs (or substituting Egg Beaters)

Mix nut mixture all together; set aside. Mix butter, warm milk, yeast and eggs. Add flour and knead. Put into greased bowl, turn and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out on floured board. Cut into squares or pie shaped wedges. Fill with nut mixture, then roll in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes approximately 135 rolls.
