TURKEY SUPREME 
4 tbsp. shortening
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. turkey broth
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. diced turkey
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. paprika
Hot cooked rice

Melt shortening; add garlic and saute lightly. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly, stirring constantly. Add broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, turkey and seasonings. Cook until thickened and thoroughly heated, about 20 minutes.
