CRUNCHY TURKEY SUPREME 
2 c. cubed, cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. sliced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. corn flakes cereal, crushed to 1 c.
2 tbsp. butter
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 2 quart casserole.

In large bowl, combine all casserole ingredients. Spoon into greased casserole.

In small bowl combine cereal and butter; sprinkle evenly over casserole mixture.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until casserole is thoroughly heated and topping is light brown. Garnish with parsley. 8 (3/4 cup) servings.
