“CREAM CHEESE CRUNCHIES” IS IN:

CREAM CHEESE CRUNCHIES 
2 c. peanut butter baking chips
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. chopped walnuts
10 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine in double boiler, over hot water, peanut butter chips and butter. Heat until melted and smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Mix with a fork until mix forms a crumbly dough. Reserve 2 cups mix for topping.

Spray a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Press "dough" into pan. Bake for 12 minutes.

In large bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in flour and lemon juice. Pour evenly over baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Cut into bars and refrigerate.
