SAUSAGE - EGG CASSEROLE 
1 lb. mild sausage (fry & drain)
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
9 eggs
3 c. half & half
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (optional)

Beat eggs until frothy. Add cheese, half & half and spices (onions optional). Tear apart 3 slices of bread. Add to above. Put in 9 x 13 in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
