STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 pie crust, cooked
3/4 to 1 pt. strawberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
Red food coloring, optional

Cook sugar, water, cornstarch, until thick. Add Jello and a few drops of red food coloring, if desired. Place strawberries in pie crust. Pour Jello liquid over strawberries. Cool in refrigerator. Serve with Cool Whip.
