REUBEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. (2 lb.) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut into 6 slices
1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
4 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
2 slices rye bread, cubed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread sauerkraut in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle on caraway seed. Arrange corned beef slices on sauerkraut, spoon on dressing. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of corned beef. Sprinkle on bread cubes. Bake about 20 minutes until hot.
