CREAM CHEESE STRUDEL 
2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Blend together; divide into 3 balls. Chill.

Roll each ball into rectangles. Spread with apricot preserves or whatever filling you desire. Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, coconut and nuts. Roll like a log. Bake at 325 degrees until light golden brown. Cut in slices while hot and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
