LEMON BUTTER FROSTING | |
3 c. powdered sugar 4 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. cold water 1 tsp. lemon extract Few grains salt Cream butter. Add sugar, gradually. Beat in lemon juice, lemon extract, salt and enough water to make spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. |
