2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp. onion, minced
2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
Ketchup

Mix well all ingredients with 1/2 cup of ketchup. Firmly pat into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. To serve, drain off fat and spread about 2 tablespoons ketchup over top.
