2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. shredded carrots

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix all meat loaf ingredients together with 1/2 sauce mix. Blend well. Pat meat loaf into 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan or shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Spread remaining sauce mixture over top of meat loaf. Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour.
