SESAME CHICKEN STRIPS 
1 lb. skinned chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. sherry
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
3/4-1 tsp. Chinese 5-Spice Powder
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 tbsp. sesame seeds

Stir spices and everything except chicken and seeds together. Add strips and marinate 3 hours, 2 days, turning. Preheat oven to 425 degrees; sprinkle with seeds. Bake uncovered 10-12 minutes or until no longer pink. Brush with marinade at least once during cooking. Serve warm or at room temperature or cold, with sweet-sour type of sauce. Note: Marinated strips may be frozen unbaked.
