SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. chopped fresh spinach, cooked and drained
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. Accent or MSG (optional)
3 c. seasoned stuffing mix
2 lg. onions, chopped
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients into drained spinach. Form into small balls, about one teaspoon each in size. Freeze on cookie sheet. (After frozen, they can be placed in plastic bags.) To prepare, thaw about 1 hour and then bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 125 to 150 spinach balls.
