SESAME BARS 
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. mashed banana
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. water
1 c. unbleached white flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Beat together eggs and mashed banana until creamy. Add butter and water and beat. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and nutmeg. Mix well. Oil an 8 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle half of the sesame seeds evenly over the bottom of the oiled pan. Add the batter and gently spread over seeds until smooth. Sprinkle with remaining seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Serves 6.
