FRYING PORK PIECES 
1 lb. pork
1/3 lb. celery
2 red or green peppers
4 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/5 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. season oil
1 tbsp. wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/6 c. water
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. flour
Few bits of ginger
Few bits of green onion

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan. Mix in bowl season oil, sugar, flour, salt, wine, 2 egg whites, ginger, onion and pork. Stir well. Put mixture in pan of hot oil. Cook for 5 minutes, remove and place back in bowl. Two more tablespoons oil in frying pan. Heat. Place strips of celery and peppers in pan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add mixture from bowl. Pour soy sauce over mixture.
