1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
2 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. miniature marshmallows

In large bowl, mix sugar and cocoa. Add milk and butter but DO NOT STIR. In microwave oven, heat 6 1/2 to 9 minutes on high (until butter is melted). Remove from oven and stir in nuts, vanilla, and marshmallows. Stir until smooth. Spread into well greased dish. Chill until firm. Cut and serve. Makes 3 pounds.
